Rainey Rises: Raising Awareness and Making a Difference

We’re proud to share that we exceeded our goal by raising $3,000 through the Rainey Rises T-shirt Fundraiser, benefiting The Pink Fund, an organization that provides up to 90 days of financial assistance for non-medical living expenses to breast cancer patients undergoing active treatment. This vital support allows patients to focus on healing, caring for their families, and returning to the workplace.

The excitement didn’t stop there. To continue spreading awareness, we hosted a Breast Cancer Awareness Decorating Contest across our properties, bringing teams together to celebrate survivors, support those still fighting, and honor the resilience of this incredible community. Participants showcased their creativity and spirit, decorating in honor of survivors and uplifting those impacted by breast cancer.

Additional highlights included teams proudly wearing their Rainey Rises shirts, communities coming together to spark conversations around awareness, and an outpouring of support from employees and residents alike, all reinforcing the power of unity and compassion behind this initiative.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and showed their support. Together, Rainey Rises, and together we’re making a meaningful difference for those affected by breast cancer.

Rainey Property Management Supports Kerrville Flood Relief with Clothing and Meal Donation Drive

In response to the devastating flash floods that struck Kerrville and the surrounding Hill Country in early July 2025, Rainey Property Management organized a donation drive to support the victims and families impacted by this tragedy.

The floods brought unprecedented destruction, with the Guadalupe River rising nearly 30 feet in a matter of hours. Entire neighborhoods were wiped out, and over 100 lives were lost, including children and summer campers. Thousands more remain displaced, with limited access to basic necessities.

To assist in relief efforts, Rainey employees and residents came together to collect clothing donations, which were delivered to American YouthWorks. The Texas Conservative Corps helped transport these donations across the state to those in urgent need.

In addition, Rainey coordinated a meal donation fundraiser, with all proceeds going to Blanco Meat Co., whose owner is stationed in Kerrville cooking and serving warm meals to displaced families, rescue workers, and volunteers.

While we can’t undo the heartbreak, we stand united in support of the Kerrville community and all those affected by this unimaginable disaster.
